Hiring our meeting facilities

It has never been easier to hold an event at Alton College and we take pride in offering excellent facilities, technology and service. We welcome you to use our facilities, and have many groups who come to our College regularly or for one-off events.

Our conference facilities

A new Conference Suite was among several recent building projects that have enhanced our College facilities. The Conference Suite is at the front of the College, has its own private entrance adjacent to the main reception and offers many convenient features. The Forum Hall provides a flexible space, with tiered seating or an open hall area, offering seating options for large groups or exhibitions. Both have inclusive audio-visual options.  Get more information about the Forum Hall and technical facilities available to you.

Many other classrooms and meeting rooms become available outside of term time, providing further scope for event organisers.

In February 2012 we hosted the Alton Beer Festival for the first time. The organisers were delighted with the facilities they hired; our refectory and surrounding outdoor areas. See what they thought by watching this video.
