12-hour Netball Challenge

Sport student Amy Sly, previously at Perins School, is in the process of organising a 12-hour netball challenge to raise money for Mind. The charity is a mental health charity that supports and provides help to people of all ages who are struggling with mental health issues, and it is something that Amy feels strongly about raising awareness for.

The challenge is to play a continuous game of netball for 12 hours and Amy is currently rounding up friends, family and willing volunteers from the College community to play, if not all, at least some of the 12 hours. The game will start at 9am on Wednesday 2 May in the College Sports Hall and will run all day. If you are interested in playing, get in touch with Amy (9041194@alton.ac.uk) for more details.
