West End to Wessex Arts!

Performing Arts student Josie Smith has secured a part in West End Live this summer and will perform at the iconic setting of Trafalgar Square on 21st – 22nd June.

Josie will also be starring in college production Musicals through the Ages on Wednesday 18th June. Here you will be transported through the ages from the 1920s to 2011 by our incredible performing arts students. Josie, who previously studied at Farnham Heath End school, attends ‘West End Masterclass’ where she is able to perform with stars of the West End and develop her experience in musical theatre.

She is a dedicated student on the Extended Diploma in Performing Arts and her hard work and determination has landed her this fantastic opportunity.

Drama teacher Shelley Hart said: “We’re all really pleased for Josie. She is extremely dedicated and motivated in this subject and her attitude and work ethic is commendable. We wish her the best of luck in West End Live and hope she thoroughly enjoys the experience.”
