Student Support Administrator

Havant and South Downs College are seeking to appoint a motivated and professional individual, who has previous experience in a helpdesk or advisory role, as a Student Services Administrator at the Alton Campus.

This post will involve a frontline enquiry service within the Student Hub and general administrative support on all areas relating to the welfare and support for students in the College, as directed by the Student Wellbeing Manager.

Applicants must be qualified to at least a Level 2 in English and Maths and hold qualifications or previous training in Customer Service.


£19,816.20 per annum (pro rata for part time)
Hours of work: 
Part time - 30 hours per week/40 weeks per year
