Keeping you informed

The College welcomes parents by appointment at any time. If something is worrying you, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

For general enquiries where you can’t find the answer in the Parents Section or by using the 'Search' facility on our website, contact the Student Hub. 

For particular concerns regarding your own son/daughter please contact their Personal Tutor. It is also possible to make appointments with a Student Services Manager. If there is a worry about a particular subject, you might wish to see the subject teacher. A Vice Principal and the Principal are always happy to see parents if a problem cannot be solved by talking to the staff mentioned above.

Insight

For your convenience, parents/guardians have access to Insight. This is a live, online record of your son or daughter which provides instant and up to date information on their progress, attendance, daily timetable, subject and progress reviews and personal exam timetables.

Consultation Evenings

There are consultation evenings held during the year when we hope that you and your son or daughter will make appointments to meet the teachers and his/her Personal Tutor. These take place in December, January and March. Please click here for further information on how to book appointments with your son or daughter's teachers.

Information Evenings

In addition, the College organises information evenings for parents. Details, when confirmed, will be communicated in the College Dates section of this website.

• an evening in May to introduce parents of first year students to the world of Higher Education, including the application process; 
• an evening towards the end of the Autumn term on financing students in Higher Education for parents of second year students.
