We welcome your feedback and communication. If something is worrying you, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

For general enquiries where you can’t find the answer in the Parents Section or by using the 'Search' facility on our website, contact the Student Hub.  

For particular concerns regarding your own son/daughter please contact their Personal Tutor by email. It is also possible to make appointments with a Director of Learning by emailing help@altoncollege.ac.uk. If there is a worry about a particular subject, you might wish to see the subject teacher. A Vice Principal and the Principal are always happy to see parents if a problem cannot be solved by talking to the staff mentioned above.

Parents' Survey

We like to give you feedback too. Every year we undertake a sample survey of parents to find out your views about the College. We will report back to you and tell you about any changes we are making in response to your feedback.

Complaints

The College Complaints Policy and Procedures sets out the process for both informal and formal complaint.

It is College policy to encourage students, parents, employers and members of the community to resolve issues and disagreements informally, wherever possible.
