The Break Dance Course involves you being part of a team and creating short Break dance presentations.
The sessions will start with a fitness building warm-up and progress on to the learning of the moves. After this, you will be given time to perfect your moves before trying them out in front of each other during the Break Dance Battle at the end of the session. You will be expected to turn up to the session wearing appropriate clothing (loose, comfortable trousers and a top, no jewellery/watches). You will need to build up a good level of fitness to be successful within this session; a lot of upper body strength is involved. For safety purposes, a maximum of eighteen (18) students will be enrolled on this course but there will be a waiting list. Those people on the waiting list will be invited to watch the end of session battle each week.
