Studying at Alton College:

Lessons activities are wide ranging, from lectures, simulations and research  to detailed analysis and feedback.  You will be in the fitness suite for one lesson and working on coursework for the next, for example.

As there is continuous assessment through coursework you need to be prepared to work hard and spend at least 15 hours a week studying outside of the classroom.

Entry requirements:

Students should normally have achieved at least five GCSEs at grade 9-4. For GCSEs which remain with the old grading system, a Grade 4 is equivalent to a Grade C. Alternatively, if you have studied at Level 2, you should have achieved a merit or above. Vocational courses are an ideal qualification for students who prefer coursework.

To study this course, you should have an interest in working with people.
