For further information call: 01420 592387 or e-mail: library@altoncollege.ac.uk

We welcome members of the public to use the facilities for reference purposes but regret that they are unable to borrow resources or access the computers.

Our classrooms and their facilities are top quality and all have high quality interactive technologies. As well as standard classrooms, there are specialist laboratories for sciences, languages and music technology. We have outstanding media, recording and photographic studios which provide students with everything they need to be successful.

Working Independently

As well as your timetabled lessons, you will have a number of study periods when it is your responsibility to organise and carry out your own work. Students are expected to spend significant time studying independently. To encourage this there are areas, conveniently situated all around the College, that offer a quiet environment for personal study. The College has full wi-fi coverage so you also have the option of using your own mobile device.
